Your parts, our labour
Bought parts from us? Fitting is quoted at a fixed labour price per job, so you know the total before you arrive. We also fit parts you bring yourself, with a labour warranty.
Mobile parts van
Retail outside the store: we bring the most-used parts to you.
Weekly route
Our van carries filters, brake parts, lighting, fluids and common wear parts for trucks, and visits fleet bases, farms and industrial sites on a schedule.

Freight
Road freight with our own trucks.
We carry general cargo, building materials and agricultural products across Ukraine, from single pallets to full loads. Our trucks are maintained in our own workshop with our own parts.

TRUCK SAVE LLC ("Truck Save", "we") sells vehicle parts in store, online, wholesale and from a mobile van, repairs vehicles, and carries freight. This policy explains how we process personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" for distance and off-premises sales, and the GDPR where applicable.

2. Parts customers
For orders we process your name, phone, email, delivery details, the VIN or part numbers you provide and the items purchased. VINs are used only to select compatible parts. Online and off-premises purchases, including those from our mobile van, can be returned within 14 days as provided by consumer protection law.
3. Mobile van visits
To schedule visits we record the address of your fleet base or site, the contact person and the visit time. Sales from the van are recorded through a mobile fiscal register.
4. Workshop customers
We record vehicle identifiers, mileage, work performed, parts fitted and the labour warranty. If you supply your own parts, we record that fact to clarify warranty responsibility.
5. Freight clients
We process shipper and consignee contacts, addresses and transport documents, and GPS location of our trucks during transport.
6. Price comparison tool
The comparison on this website runs in your browser. Selections are sent to us only if you submit the contact form.
7. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (fiscal, tax, consumer protection), legitimate interests (warranty, cargo security), and consent for marketing messages.
8. Recipients
Couriers, payment providers, parts manufacturers for warranty claims, consignees, tax authorities and our accountant. We do not sell personal data.
9. Retention
- Orders and fiscal receipts: as required by tax legislation.
- Workshop records: 3 years after the warranty ends.
- Van visit schedules: while you remain on the route, then 6 months.
- Freight documents: as required by law; GPS data 12 months.
10. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
